"I have used State Farm for my automobiles and homeowners for the last 15+ years. My experience with the Lakeview office has been amazing. Susan and Charlotte were the first two gals I dealt with, and they both always went so far above and beyond with exemplary customer service. In the last couple of years I have been working with Bailey Carpenter. Bailey has been 10 out of 10 spectacular. Last year I purchased a car in Grand Rapids 10 minutes before the State Farm office closed. Bailey stayed and wrote my policy for insurance so I wouldn’t have to drive back to Grand Rapids the following day to pick up my car. She emailed the dealership, texted my proofs to my State Farm account / app and we got it done. When I have needed proof of insurance faxed to The Secretary of State without delay they get it right to me- saving me time and the hassle. Their monthly payment plan options are more budget friendly for my family and there is no penalty or price hikes for the convenience. Their claims department is also terrific. When I hit a deer with my car last year (or the deer hit me) filing the claim was handled quickly, sufficiently and all the repairs needed were made and bills were paid. For pricing they have been very competitive. Even if I could find other coverage for less the ease of working with these top notch professionals I wouldn’t change carriers. Thank you again State Farm. Like a good neighbor is right! In closing, Dave Hallada, you should give those ladies a raise! They represent you and your agency so professionally, with attention to detail, with prompt friendly service and are 100% the reason I’ve stayed with your company all these years. Great job!"
